Intern with Can Play
Can Play Internship Program
- Providing leadership in program/camp functions while working in alignment with the vision of our organization.
- Participate actively with all age groups and ability levels.
- Sanitizing equipment and assisting with maintenance of equipment.
- Offer additional skill or game ideas to enhance our programming.
- Assist in developing future programs.
Can Play will work with interns to meet their required hours but due to special events and projects, interns may exceed those hours slightly in order to meet the requirements of the Can Play internship program. Can Play requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends but we will make every effort to work with our intern’s schedules.
As a non-profit organization, Can Play’s intern program is non-paid. Students will be required to intern approximately 10-15 hours/week, with limited morning shifts; the majority of shifts are available during the afternoon and evening hours, Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and some Saturday mornings. Additionally, students will be expected to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
